Alamein FC is excited to announce it’s Technical Director for 2020, Graham Dudley.
With over two decades of experience in football, most of which have been committed to the female game in both England and Australia, Graham has been involved from the inception of the NPLW with previous roles as Head Coach and Technical Director at Bayside United.
He has also held additional formal roles as Director of Football at larger community clubs, universities and schools within Victoria. His broad experience will add an empathetic approach and support to the club, our players and our wider members too.
The board of Directors are pleased to have Graham join Alamein FC as the 2020 Technical Director. Graham’s role will be to deliver the Club’s philosophy around the wider curriculum and a holistic development of "football personality", a way for players to express themselves within the team, club and community as great people and great players.
When speaking at the Clubs Presentation last night Graham had the following to say.
"I am extremely happy to be joining Alamein and working to reinforce what is a great foundation created by the club’s previous Technical Director Mark Cassar and Head Coach Sinisa Cohadzic and am genuinely excited to work alongside incoming Senior Head coach Kat Smith”.
Graham will play a part in offering support and guidance in line with off the field aspects of players, resources and the science of the sport as well.
Graham’s first job will be to fill all coaching vacancies at the club and to commence working on the strategy for the 2020 NPLW season.
