Notice of 2025 Annual General Meeting

Alamein Football Club invites all members to attend our 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM).

The AGM is an important opportunity for members to hear about the club’s progress, ask questions, and vote on key matters relating to our governance and future direction.

A full notice of meeting, including the agenda, explanatory notes, and proposed resolutions, has been distributed to members and is also available via the link below.

What’s being voted on?

This year’s AGM includes two key resolutions for member consideration:

• Resolution 2 – General Board Members
  A proposal to increase the number of general committee members on the Board from five (5) to ten (10), allowing for up to fourteen (14) Directors in total. This change reflects the growing scale and ambition of the club.

• Resolution 3 – Election of Directors
  A proposal to hold a formal ballot for the election of directors at the AGM, with results to be announced following the meeting.

These resolutions are important steps in strengthening our leadership structure and ensuring that the club continues to grow in a way that reflects our values and community.
