Governance & policies

Alamein FC is governed by a volunteer Board. The members of the Board are dedicated to supporting Alamein FC’s mission of developing talented female footballers, and fostering a strong, inclusive community.

Committed to upholding the values of integrity, inclusion, and excellence, the Board oversees the strategic direction and governance of Alamein FC, ensuring they provide a positive, high-quality environment for all players, coaches, and families. Their leadership helps drive our Club’s vision of developing elite female footballers while fostering a strong community built on unity, integrity and passion.

With a diverse skill set, the team brings strategic expertise to Alamein’s operations, helping to strengthen partnerships and drive sustainable growth. Passionate about the power of sport to inspire and unite, Alamein FC continues to thrive both on and off the pitch.

Protecting player safety & wellbeing

Alamein FC has an office dedicated to protecting the interests of our players, advocating for their wellbeing, and child safeguarding. The Member Protection and Information Officer (MPIO) is your first point of contact if you have any questions, concerns, or complaints about harassment, abuse, or any other inappropriate behaviour. Please reach out directly to our MPIO, Sandra Hermenjat, at sandra@alameinfc.com.au.
