Our vision is to be the club of choice, respected for providing quality football experience in a positive environment and to be known for the professional and successful development of junior and senior players through to the elite level.
Our goals
To be a permanent fixture in the NPLW, and be in a position to regularly challenge other teams. To have the best junior development program in Victoria, demonstrated by Alamein FC juniors consistently going on to play NPLW seniors or higher.
Our focus is to produce elite senior players.
Our objectives
Having a holistic football program that is not only perceived as the best in the state in terms of player development, but also creates an environment that facilitates strong engagement, community, and long-term relationships with both existing and new players and families.
The Alamein FC Development Academy (Under 13-19) program includes an individual development plan that helps a player to improve their own progress, and utilises the club philosophy and approach.
Pathway focus
The focus of our pathway is to develop junior players to become elite senior players.
To help achieve this, our program is developed with the long-term in mind, and the intention that player develop and grow over a number of years.
