ALL-FEMALE FOOTBALL CLUB.

JUNIOR & SENIOR NPLW. ADVANCED PLAYER DEVELOPMENT.

WE ARE ALAMEIN FC.

GOOD HUMANS, GREAT PLAYERS.

Alamein FC is Victoria’s only all-female player football club to field teams in every age-group of both Junior and Senior NPLW.

We guide and support female players of all ages from across the City of Boroondara and greater Melbourne, offering advanced Development programs as well as NPL teams. Alamein is a place for girls who not only want to participate in football, they want to develop and excel. And they want to do it in a safe and supportive environment.

Our Senior players, competing in the elite, semi-professional NPLW league, share training grounds with the junior players, and this creates a unique environment that fosters role models and mentoring opportunities. Through formal sessions and informal conversations with the junior players, they teach the younger girls resilience, positive mindset, skills training and pathway opportunities, helping to make Alamein FC a uniquely nurturing and character-building place to learn and play.

Tribute to our sponsors

At Alamein FC, sponsorship is more than just financial support, it’s a powerful investment in the future of girls and women in football. Our sponsors directly enable young female athletes to access high-quality coaching and development pathways, giving them every opportunity to reach their full potential at the highest level of the game.

From Development to elite NPL, the support of our sponsors helps remove barriers and open doors for the next generation.

Will She Still Play is a short film featuring players from Alamein FC’s Under 12 and Under 15 Development squads, sharing what they love about football, what keeps them going, and what might make them walk away.

Their answers are honest, surprising, and insightful, reminding us that if we want more girls to stay in sport, we need to start by listening.

At Alamein FC, we’re committed to developing not just elite footballers, but confident, resilient young women. This video is part of that commitment, and part of a bigger conversation that we’re proud to lead.
